Jean is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa and Member of the Cape Law Society.
Jean has over 31 years conveyancing experience and has extended experience in Commercial and Property law, specializing in Contracts, Credit Contracts, Mortgage Bonds, subdivisions, consolidations, servitudes and transfers. He also specialises in Administration of Deceased Estates.
His aim is to deliver personal, ethical and friendly service to build long lasting business relationships.
Etienne van Wyk
| Office manager
Etienne has more than 30 years conveyancing experience whilst working at the Land Bank.
He also has extensive knowledge of loan agreements and related security documents obtained in the Corporate Division of Land Bank.
Etienne has a hands-on approach and believes in getting the job done professionally and with integrity.
His motto is that the client always comes first.
Estelle Keets-Cilliers
| Conveyancing Secretary
After finishing her studies at Stellenbosch College and starting her career in 1994, Estelle gained valuable international experience while working in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, as a PA/Paralegal in a law firm during 2002.
Her strengths include prioritising, working best under pressure, meeting deadlines, interaction with people at all levels, problem solving, computer literacy, time management, adaptability, assertiveness, self-motivation, attention to detail, organisational skills, figure work and results-orientation.

If you are the owner of an existing property which you plan to sell, we can help you with marketing, as well as the contracting and registration of the transfer in the Deeds Office, while we protect your best interests throughout.
ADMINISTRATION OF DECEASED ESTATES

We can also assist to collect outstanding monies, settle debts and finalize the estate's financial affairs as soon as possible. Our conveyancing department will act without delay where property transfers need to be affected.
